If you ever envisioned and hoped for a doctor’s office that resembled a spa experience, where you are greeted at the door with a smile and escorted through a serene, spacious, bright and tastefully decorated office, and are offered a beverage while you chat with the office staff, dream no more! And no, you are not on Park avenue, you don’t even have to leave Brooklyn to experience this state of the art facility, with no WAIT time! Not sure about you, but for me waiting is the worst part of any doctor’s visit.
Dr. Palanker and her team are empathetic, professional, knowledgeable, passionate and caring. Once in the room with Dr. Palanker you feel acknowledged, understood and listened to and provided with excellent guidance, advice and expertise. How often do you wish that you can get in touch with your doctor and just ask a question you may have forgotten to ask during the visit, or may have medical questions at any given time and actually hear back from the team or a doctor right away? With the office’s membership program the team and the doctor are literally at your fingertips through a chat. We have switched our whole family to Baker Health to be seen by Dr. Palanker and now can’t imagine visiting doctors any other way. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I would recommend you check it out for yourself!

Just came out of my first visit at Baker Health and you would never say in a million years that you are close to Brighton. The office is very modern and clean. The staff is so sweet, polite, kind and caring, and the Doctor really took her time. I, for once, did not feel rushed, had every single question answered without feeling like the doc is annoyed by them, every concern addressed, and it was obvious that doctor really loves her job and cares for her patients. This was a 10 out of 5 experience and I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants to be proactive about their health and have the top notch service while at it.

The concierge fee of $100 a year (or $10) a month is incredibly fair for the service that is provided to you.

I started with Baker Health last year. It really is a different experience from most doctors’ offices. The office staff is friendly and available to help. They provide extra services (like bloodwork) and have nice amenities in the office, and it’s not crowded or rushed.

Dr Palanker has been so great to work with. She takes the time to listen and to explain everything thoroughly. She clearly understood the issues I was having.

Usually, I go to the Moonachie, NJ office (because it’s closest to me) but today I had a tele health visit and had the pleasure of meeting some of the Brighton Beach staff! Baker health is a great office and I highly recommend going there. From the moment I entered everyone was able to help me right away and get me all set up even though I was a walk in. They made the process so seamless and effortless. I had a thorough physical done and bloodwork was taken so easily. I could not believe how easy it was to get my blood when I had issues in other places with my vein apparently not being found. Dr. Palanker also took the time to listen to me and hear my concerns. She is a great Doctor and I will definitely be back.

The vibe feels like a Manhattan clinic but with staff that have familiarity and knowledge of the community. I called today looking to make an appointment for a new primary, and they were very helpful. I was able to see a doctor the same day and get checked out.
The building is very nice, clean and modern, exceptional service and assistance from staff, they also offer specialists outside of their facility, which is comforting since now I don’t have to look for one myself. The staff helped me set up my membership as well and were very accommodating.

I love Baker health which is brand new, super hygienic and beautifully designed. Both Diana Palanker as well as Dr. Mahmoud are amazing, super courteous and never kept me waiting. They are both extremely intelligent and highly skilled doctors and have provided great care for me on multiple occasions. The medical assistants are all extreme sweet, welcoming and provide refreshments, snacks and beverages as soon as you arrive. I believe that I was their very first patient when the clinic first opened. I have sent two coworkers there for care, including surgical planning and consults which they arranged. In sum, I love this clinic and would highly recommend Baker health to anyone in need of medical care.

The doctor’s office was pleasant, and the doctor herself was great. However, they require a subscription fee to see the doctor, which I find unfair, especially since my insurance already covers the cost. Why should I have to pay an additional fee just to see the doctor? It’s absurd.

Upon entering Baker Health, my blood pressure promptly fell—a rare triumph in New York. After much fruitless searching for a good GP, I have found this gem: an excellent doctor, a considerate staff, and, not least, beautiful offices. It makes all the difference.

I recently had my first annual exam with Dr. Auda at Baker Health, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Dr. Auda was incredibly attentive, addressing all my questions and concerns with care. The facilities at Baker Health are top-notch, offering a comprehensive wellness program with services like IV infusions, vitamin shots, and even weekly therapy sessions—some of which were covered by my insurance!
